We are currently seeking hard-working, dedicated loan officers to work in our Direct Division in a number of cities nationwide, including Chicago, Louisville, Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, Atlanta, Boston, Wilmington (NC), Warwick (RI) and Scottsdale, AZ.

The Direct Division offers loan officers a unique opportunity to receive the best converting real-time leads with no daily/weekly caps and strong filters that emphasize lead quality as well as marketing support to build your own referral base and personal brand. We provide an industry-leading automated dialing system that helps you contact your prospects with less manual dialing effort.


As a Loan Officer in our Direct Division you will be required to:

· Maintain compliance standards.

· Maintain an understanding of loan products and close a minimum of four 1st Lien Mortgages per month.

· Generate a minimum of $1,000,000 in funded loan volume per month.

· Actively work all leads until client is reached.

· Effectively manage all leads and pipeline through our Lead Management System.



As a Loan Officer in our Direct Division you will need:



· Minimum one (1) year of experience with a proven track record of success in residential mortgage origination.

· Mortgage license(s) in good standing through NMLS and willingness to obtain additional licenses.

As a Loan Officer in our Direct Division you will receive:

Our products include Conforming (97% available), FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo options and non-warrantable condos. In addition to the many banks we do business with, we are also a direct seller to FNMA and Freddie Mac.
